Include ALL GRAPHICS and FONTS with your files to ensure correct printing.  Often when files are transferred between computers links to graphics are broken ending up in missing graphics or low-resolution output.  To ensure your graphics are embedded in your file, open the Links/Graphics Manager in your open Publisher or InDesign document to see if graphics are EMBEDDED.


(Sorry, Microsoft Word does not allow Font embedding unless converted to PDF)







            If you artwork bleeds off the edge of the sheet, you MUST

            include an 1/8” bleed area with trim marks.  Click HERE for

            more info on bleeds.

                 Illustrator .ai)

  1. •    PDF (Portable Document Format)

  2. •    iWork:

                (Pages, Keynote, Numbers)

We currently do NOT support:

        Microsoft Works, Corel Draw, WordPerfect,

        Print Shop Deluxe, Print Master

If you can, please supply PDF files to avoid missing fonts & graphics!  If you artwork BLEEDS please include all printer marks (trim marks, bullets, etc.)
